Laura & Paolo — A Wedding Rooted in Lake Garda

Laura & Paolo — A Wedding Rooted in Lake Garda

September 16 · Toscolano Maderno & Gargnano

There are places you choose for your wedding, and places that have always been part of your life.

For Laura and Paolo, Lake Garda is home. They are among the few people born and raised on this side of the lake, surrounded since childhood by its landscapes, its history and the quiet rhythm of life that unfolds along its shores. Here, the lake is not a backdrop for a special occasion. It is part of everyday life.

On September 16th, their wedding began in the historic Valle delle Cartiere in Toscolano Maderno, a place where nature and the centuries-old history of paper-making meet. From there, the celebration continued towards Gargnano, at Boutique Hotel Villa Sostaga, immersed in the hills overlooking the lake.

This western shore of Lake Garda has a character of its own: elegant historic villas, early-20th-century architecture, gardens and landscapes rising into the Parco Alto Garda Bresciano. A territory shaped by art, history and a deep connection with the lake.

For Laura and Paolo, getting married here meant something simple and profound: celebrating their love in the place they have always called home.
